I’ll be away for a bit… sorry for the lack of posts lately.  How I do love to keep you informed and posted on my sightings and inspirations!!!  I’ll be back very soon.. with some updates.  In the meantime, I’ll be seeing you at the Pride, Labatt South Stage on July 3rd, 2010…

Did you know?  Sofia Coppola (one of my faves), her new film Somewhere will be out sometime in December (rumour says).  I’m very excited….we haven’t seen Sofia Coppola visions since Marie Antoinette gave us a taste of pastel macarons.

Sofia Coppola's Somewhere

This movie is just not here fast enough for me.  I really admire Sofia Coppola’s work.  Her new film is to be set @ the Chateau Marmont, starring Stephen Dorff and Elle Fanning.  It’s now listed as post-production on IMDB.  I am on the heavy lookout for the trailer.  The film should be out sometime in 2010 (it’s just not coming fast enough I tell you).   More details on the film here.

sofia coppola is at it again…

Variety magazine is reporting that Sofia Coppola has booked the haunting Chateau Marmont or a film with Elle Fanning (Dakota’s sister) and Stephen Dorff (Blade). Sofia Coppola has not directed anything since Marie Antoinette, and since she does not ‘make a living’ off films, she can afford to be creatively free of bureaucratic pressures.  The last project Sofia Coppola did was the Louis Vuitton purses, and yes, I want one of those clutches.  Exciting news!!!
