On an EOnline article (link above), someone asked if CW’s Vampire Diaries is a complete rip-off of Twilight. I’m glad someone asked this question. I know Twilight Saga fans are a very determined to think that Twilight is ‘the best series’ ever, original and all. But, honestly, for those who read enough books (not only Twilight and Harry Potters), the idea of vampires being ‘depressed’ as much as Edward, is not a new idea, remember Bram Stoker’s Dracula and Louis in Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire. And now that CW network has started the Vampire Diaries, the story of a human girl falling in love with a vampire, people think it’s copying off Twilight. I honestly can’t decide which promo I like best out of these 2 House promos. I picked the best 2 of 8 teasers to post. Hmm, this year’s been great for me (television show watching wise). I usually don’t watch the tube, but had to resume just to watch Mad Men and House. Mad Men is already underway, I now officially have a date to look forward to, House will back on the tube September 21st.
